Solid insulation system
The solid-sealed pole formed by the APG process encapsulates the current-carrying conductors such as the vacuum interrupter and the upper and lower outlet seats as a whole. The isolating switch is installed in the cavity of the solid-sealed pole, so that the phase-to-phase insulation is mainly in the form of solid insulation. The single-phase insulated busbar design avoids the occurrence of serious faults such as phase-to-phase and ground-to-ground. The bus bar can be expanded to realize unlimited expansion of functional units.
Three-station knife switch
All switchgears are equipped with three-position knife switches. The three-station knife switch is built in the solid-sealed pole together with the main switch. Three-phase linkage, can be operated to realize three positions of working/isolation/grounding. It adopts mechanical interlock with the main switch. Only when the main switch is in the opening position, the three-position knife switch can operate, and the other three-position mechanism works and The grounding position can also realize interlocking. When the knife switch is in the working position, the grounding side hole is locked; when the knife switch is in the grounding position, the working side hole is locked.
Operating mechanism
The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is a spring operating mechanism, which has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation, small size, and maintenance-free. The closing power can be adjusted up and down according to user requirements. Electric energy storage, electric opening and closing, convenient for users to operate.
The operating mechanism of the three-station knife switch is designed with an over-center spring, which can open and close quickly, and has the function of breaking and closing a certain load current. The solid insulated ring main unit is a small GIS switchgear, and its structure is as follows:
1.  The high-voltage load switch and high-voltage live parts are sealed in the epoxy plastic insulating sleeve shell without any gas, and the arc extinguishing chamber is extinguished by the vacuum interrupter, and the arc extinguishing is small and reliable. The load switch is equipped with a grounding switch, which has three positions of closing, opening and grounding, and has the function of a grounding knife and an isolating knife.
2.  It can accommodate 1~5 load switch units, or 1~5 circuit breaker units. Each unit goes out through three high-voltage bushings, and the cable connection is convenient.
3.  The sealing box made of imports is adopted, and strict sealing measures are taken at the connection of the operating mechanism and the high-voltage bushing, and the performance is good.
4.  The high-voltage bushing and high-voltage insulating cylinder made of imported epoxy resin are adopted by APG technology. The insulating cylinder and the high-voltage bushing are assembled through a silicone rubber sleeve, which has a good sealing effect.
5.  Each channel is equipped with an independent operating mechanism, which is installed on the front of the cabinet and has a variety of mechanical interlocking functions.
6.  The load switch and grounding switch are equipped with spring operating mechanism. The load switch can be operated manually or electrically. The grounding switch not only plays the role of grounding but also plays the role of isolation, so it can only be operated manually.
7.  The circuit breaker is equipped with a permanent magnet operating mechanism, which can be electrically closed and opened, and can be manually opened, but cannot be manually closed. The circuit breaker can also be equipped with a spring mechanism, which can be manual or electric, and an interface for power distribution automation is reserved.
8.  There is a visible window on the panel of the ring network cabinet, which can directly observe the opening and closing state of the fracture of the isolation knife.
9.  Each ring network cabinet unit has three separate insulating cylinders side by side, which is easy to install and easy to replace. The biggest advantage is that it avoids phase-to-phase discharge.
